Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing our services or submitting payment, you (“Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all services provided by [Your Business Name] ("we", "us", "our") through our website and communications.
2. Services Provided:
We specialize in designing and building custom, mobile-optimized websites for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and service providers worldwide. Our service includes:
- A one-time setup and design fee
- Ongoing monthly services such as hosting, updates, and reputation management
3. Payment & Billing:
All payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing. Setup fees are non-refundable and cover the initial design and build of your site. Monthly service fees are billed automatically and must be paid on time to avoid service interruption.
4. Refund Policy:
Due to the customized nature of our services, all setup and service fees are non-refundable. We provide demos and full project discussions in advance to ensure client satisfaction. Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued.
5. Client Responsibilities:
Clients agree to provide all content, images, and input required for completion of the website. Delays in client communication or missing assets may delay project delivery. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving work before final launch.
6. Revisions:
We offer revisions within the scope discussed prior to project commencement. Requests outside of this scope may be subject to additional charges.
7. Website Ownership:
Upon full payment of the setup fee, the website design is yours to keep. However, monthly services (e.g., hosting, updates, email, reputation tools) are tied to an active subscription. If services are canceled, the live website may be taken offline unless hosted elsewhere.
8. Termination:
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for any payments already made.
9. Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including website downtime or third-party service failures.
10. Modifications to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and are effective immediately upon posting.
